When you submit our estimate request form or our Intelligence waitlist form, you voluntarily provide:

• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• The property address you would like serviced
• The service you are interested in
• Any notes or details you choose to share about the property

This information is sent directly to our business email and is used solely to respond to your request.

b. Anonymized analytics

We use IONOS SiteAnalytics, a privacy-respecting web analytics tool, to understand how visitors interact with our site. SiteAnalytics collects only non-personal, anonymized data, which may include:

• Referrer URL (the previous page you visited)
• Pages or files you requested on our site
• Browser type and version
• Operating system and device type
• Time of access
• An anonymized IP address (used only to determine general location)

SiteAnalytics does not use cookies and does not store personally identifiable information.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information you provide through our forms only to:

• Respond to your estimate request or inquiry
• Schedule and deliver requested services
• Follow up about your project, service quality, or related Clearstead offerings

We use anonymized analytics solely to improve site performance, navigation, and security. We do not use any of this data to identify individual users.

3. How We Store Information

Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms, the form-handling service of our website host (Netlify). Submission content is delivered to our business email at treyvalent@theclearstead.com and a copy is also retained in our Netlify dashboard for our records. Netlify acts as a data processor under its privacy policy and does not sell or repurpose submission content. Once a submission reaches our inbox, it is stored in our Google Workspace email system, accessible only to authorized Clearstead personnel.

We do not maintain a separate customer database, CRM, or marketing list with your information unless you specifically request to be added.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information only when:

• It is necessary to deliver the service you have requested (e.g., scheduling tools, payment processors)
• Required by law, subpoena, or other legal process
• Necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Clearstead, our customers, or the public

5. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses a single piece of browser storage (a localStorage key) to remember your cookie banner preference, so you are not asked again on return visits. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or behavioral profiling.
