Crew · Most popular
When the work outgrows one person.

Crew takes the complete back office in Solo and builds the field on top of it: roles for your employees, territories so reps do not double-cover streets, GPS shifts, payroll with tiered commission, recurring revenue, and a door-to-door prospecting engine. It is the package most growing shops land on, and the tier the prospecting engine was built to anchor.

Everything in Solo, included

Crew is cumulative, so the full Solo back office comes with it: the CRM with customers, properties, and job history; quote to invoice to receipt as one branded document; e-signature; online card payments; branded email receipts; automated review requests; and business settings. You do not lose or migrate anything. Crew simply adds the team and field layers below.

What Crew adds

The field, not just the office.

A back office and a field tool in the same login. Roles, time, money, and growth, built for a crew that is actually out on the streets.

Team and field

Multi-user roles

Add your employees and assign each one a role, so every person sees the right slice of the business and nothing more. The office manager works quotes and scheduling, the field tech sees their jobs for the day, and you keep the full picture. One login per person, instead of sharing an account or texting screenshots around.

This is the unlock that turns a solo tool into a team tool. Once your people are in the system, time tracking, payroll, and the leaderboard all have someone to attach to.

Team and field

Territories, tagging and leaderboard

Carve up your service area into territories and assign them, so two reps do not knock the same street twice. As your team works a neighborhood, they tag doors with what happened: not home, not interested, callback, sold. The map remembers, so the next pass is smarter than the last.

A leaderboard keeps the door-to-door side honest and a little competitive. Reps can see knocks, conversations, and closes, which is the kind of friendly pressure that keeps a sales team moving. This is the manual, rep-driven prospecting layer. The automated version lives in Operations.

Team and field

GPS shifts and time tracking

Crew members clock in and out with location attached, so you know who was where and for how long. No paper timesheets, no rounding arguments, no guessing whether a job actually got the hours it was billed for. The shift data feeds straight into payroll, so the hours someone worked become the hours they get paid for, automatically.

For an owner who can no longer be on every job, this is how you keep a handle on the day without standing over anyone.

Team and field

Payroll and tiered commission

Built-in payroll with tiered commission, in the same tool you already run the business on. Most field-service platforms gate payroll behind their top plan or push you to a separate integration. GROUNDWRK ships it inside Crew, because the shift data and the job revenue already live here, so paying people correctly is a calculation the system can do rather than a spreadsheet you maintain.

Tiered commission means you can pay reps more as they sell more, with the tiers defined once and applied automatically. The people who drive the business get rewarded without you re-running the math every pay period.

Team and field

Recurring and subscription plans

Put repeat work on a subscription instead of re-quoting it every time. Seasonal window cleaning, monthly maintenance, a recurring pressure-wash: the customer agrees once, and the billing and scheduling carry forward on their own. Recurring revenue is what turns a steady book of one-off jobs into a business with a predictable floor under it.

This is the wedge a lot of home-services owners are chasing right now, and it is built into the Crew tier rather than reserved for an enterprise plan.

Team and field

Team messaging

Keep the crew in sync without a separate chat app bolted on the side. Messaging lives in the same system as the jobs, the schedule, and the customer records, so a question about a job has the job right there next to it. Less context-switching, fewer dropped details, one place the team actually checks.

Team and field

Owner dashboard

Today's revenue, active jobs, and what is next, on one glance screen. When you are running a crew you do not have time to dig through records to feel the pulse of the business. The dashboard assembles the numbers that matter into a single view, so you can open it in the morning and know where the day stands before you make a single call.

Team and field

SMS allotment

Crew includes a text-messaging allotment so you can reach customers where they actually answer: appointment reminders, on-my-way texts, and follow-ups. Messaging goes out through your own number under your own registration, so the texts come from your business and the compliance and the relationship stay yours. The pass-through messaging cost is yours at cost, not a markup from us.

Door-to-door prospecting engine

This is the headline that anchors the Crew tier. The engine scores blocks and homes by the likelihood they are worth a knock, using property signals, and shows reps where their time is most likely to pay off. It is probabilistic by design: it says a block is probably worth your time, never that a specific house needs your service, and never that a knock will win the job.

It is lead surfacing, not automated outreach. The engine ranks where to go. The decision to knock, and the conversation itself, stays with your reps. Any follow-up runs through your own connected tools and your own number, under your own compliance. Most field-service platforms do not have anything like this at all.

It says "this block is probably worth your time," never "this house needs your service." Any outreach is yours to run through your own connected tools and your own number, under your own compliance. The automated heatmap and address-to-lead version, Address Intelligence, sits one tier up in Operations.

When you scale

Operations adds real controls.

When you need enforced permissions, expense and equipment tracking, deeper analytics, route optimization, a white-label domain, and the automated Address Intelligence layer, the Operations package adds them on top of everything in Crew.
